What does a CRM consultant do?
Works out how your team really handles a customer, member or client, then sets up a CRM to match: the fields, the pipeline stages, the reminders and the connections to your other tools. A good one also moves your old records in and makes sure people use it after launch.
How much does CRM implementation cost for a small business?

Can you move our data out of our old system?
Yes. Records and history are moved across and checked against the original before anything is switched off. When we built the operations platform for Action Flipbooks, its full booking history came with it, more than 2,000 events back to 2016.
