We look at the bottleneck together, pick the one piece worth fixing first, and set it up with you. Depending on the problem, that might be:
- A follow-up you write once that sends itself when a form comes in.
- A form that lands in the right place instead of one person's inbox.
- A first draft written for you to review and approve.
What you leave with
That one thing, running, before the call ends. Then, within a week, a written plan that covers:
- What is slowing your team down.

Questions
Do we need to prepare anything?
Very little. One sentence on the bottleneck, the person who touches it, and access to the tool if there is one. A screenshot or an export sent ahead of time helps the 90 minutes go to fixing rather than explaining.
What kinds of problems fit in 90 minutes?
Work someone repeats by hand every week: follow-ups that get forgotten, form entries retyped into another tool, the same email written again and again, a report pieced together from three exports. If the full fix is bigger than one session, we set up the first piece on the call and the plan prices the rest.
What if we have more than one bottleneck?
Most teams do. Bring the list. We pick the one worth fixing first on the call, and the written plan puts the rest in order with a price for each.
Do we have to use AI?
No. If the right fix is a better form or a shared calendar, that is what we set up. AI goes in only where it saves real time, and only when you agree to it.
How do we pay?
Book first. After the session you receive an invoice for $500, paid by check or the invoice. There is no checkout on this site and no card is needed to book.
Is the $500 credited toward a larger project?
Yes. If you book anything larger within 30 days of your Starting Session, the $500 comes off that invoice.
What if we decide not to do anything else?
The plan is yours either way, and so is whatever we set up on the call. There is no obligation and no follow-up pressure.
Do you come to us?
Based in Davis, CA. On site across the Sacramento region, and we travel anywhere the work is. The session can happen at your office or on a video call, whichever suits your team.
What happens to our data?
Anything you share is used only for your Starting Session and is never shared. Files are deleted, and any access you gave us is removed, when you ask.
